During my 8+ years of experience, I've had the privilege to work with some of the leading brands in healthcare, telecom, finance, hospitality, e-commerce, media and consumer products - assisting them to envision and design new digital products, platforms and services.
In my day-to-day, I take the role of product owner, managing the creative process from discovery and concepting to prototyping and design documentation. I strive to find the ideal balance between business requirements and user needs, and between big-picture thinking and detailed design.
Thanks to the diversity of the people I get to work with, I'm constantly pursuing new challenges that broaden my knowledge and skills. Over the last few years, I worked on projects involving business transformation, AI and machine learning, brand design, service design and membership strategies.
